It’s the first week in May here in Tulsa, and that means it is time for the Vegetarian Society of Tulsa (VSoT) monthly potluck, which will be at Hardesty Regional Library. Last month, as usual, was a good time, with good food and friends. One of the potluck attendees brings several pizzas every month. Of course, like most people, I have always loved pizza, even as a meat eater. When one becomes a vegetarian, pizza is a fantastic transitional gateway food. But one vegan pizza brought to VSoT is my favorite: Plant-Based Tandoori BBQ Pizza from Pizza Twist.
